James DeMarco
James DeMarco grew up in Charleston. He moved to Mississippi for college, where he attended Ole Miss. He then returned to Charleston, where the attended Charleston Southern University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
James is an experienced and knowledgeable appraiser with over a decade in the industry and knows the low-country inside and out. James specializes in high-end and resort communities, as well as providing service to all our clients for any type of appraisal needs.
James resides on Daniel Island with his two children Gabrielle and Nicholas.
